The challenge

Order-status calls and chat pings were landing on a small team that needed to focus on fulfillment and growth — not reading tracking numbers off a dashboard.

What we built

Evolve extended Inform with a custom API that calls WooCommerce and ShipStation independently — then filters each response down to the fields shoppers actually need. The agent never sees raw database rows, internal IDs, or credentials; it answers only from cleaned, scoped payloads we control.

The result

Customers self-serve shipping updates on the first ask. The office stopped acting as a switchboard for "where is my order?" — while Inform still handles the rest of their business Q&A.
